Domino's Pizza : case study on how a YouTube video can wreck a company
Domino's pizza had a good social online presence. It had a YouTube channel, Twitter account, MySpace and Facebook presence. However it did not allow for two rogue emplyees in a North Carolina franchise who posted a dodgy video where an employee farts and sneezes on a sandwich! Alas this video was viewed over 500,00 times and the company has had to work very hard to improve their image. See ReadWriteWeb for the full story.
